"Support was better than I expected"
I had to reach out to Belong support about a billing issue and, i wasn’t sure how helpful they’d be. It did take a little while to hear back, which was a bit frustrating, but once someone got onto it, they were actually good. They sorted it out without making me jump through hoops. Not the fastest support I’ve ever had, but I can’t really complain too much in the end.

"Solid coverage where I’m at"
I haven’t had any real issues with it around my area. Calls and service stay steady, and it hasn’t dropped out on me. Reading between the lines, I’d say the coverage here is just reliable enough that I don’t really have to think about it, which is exactly what I want.

I signed up last night i was expecting some kind of nightmare because these things usually make me want to throw my phone into the sun. But nope, the SIM was active really quickly, the setup steps were super easy to follow, and I didn’t even have to call anyone. It went way smoother than I thought, like shockingly painless
